All members are to note that the Bar and Cellar have been alarmed.

Those members undertaking bar duties will find the means to unset and set up again the alarm system in the key box on the bar door. Inside the box as well as the bar keys you will find a key fob which has four switches on it.

• To unset the alarm please press the unlock symbol on the fob before unlocking the bar door. You should hear a message from the bar to the effect that the alarm is unset.
• After finishing bar duties, close up the bar and lock the doors. Then using the key fob press the symbol which shows a locked padlock. There follows a series of bleeps from the alarm box and finally a voice message stating that the alarm is set.
• Place the key fob in the key box with the bar keys ready for the next bar person. Whatever you do, do not lose the key fob as when entering the bar without unsetting the alarm, the alarm will sound much to the annoyance of everyone in the Club and also the neighbours.
